Briarwood Apartments houses one and two bedroom units. We renovate our kitchens and bathrooms. Our units are always looking sharp and beautifully maintained. There is one assigned parking space per unit to make parking less stressful. We have a storage unit in the basement of each building for each unit that is approximately 10’ X 10’. A full-access laundry facility is also located in the basement of each building. Heat and hot water are included in the rental price for this property. We have recently installed new boilers for this purpose. Our property is very quiet, with security entries to give each tenant a comforting peace of mind. Our well-maintained landscaping makes you feel right at home. We are always changing and making improvements to better your homes.
The one bedroom is approximately 625 sq. ft., and our two bedroom unit is approximately 750 sq. ft.
