Credit Standards: Most landlords prefer a credit score above 625 (Vantage Score 3.0). Credit history should not show multiple delinquencies, judgments, evictions, liens, or unresolved bankruptcies.
Criminal Background: No convictions for violence, drug-related crimes, firearms, assault, battery, or sexual offenses.
Rental History: Previous landlords should confirm compliance with lease terms.
Pets: Only allowed at the owner’s discretion (varies by property).
Section 8 & Income: We accept Section 8 and all lawful, verifiable income sources.

Application Fee: Non-refundable and paid to an outside agency.
